Produced for the Okayama Art Summit, Untitled (meal kit) is a meal that is available from Cifaka and Stand cafés during the course of the exhibition. It contains several ecologically-efficient food technology products including algae-based foods from Tokyo-based Euglena, and US-based Nonfood, a wakame seaweed soup with broth made of cellular agriculture nutrient medium developed by Tokyo-based Shojinmeat Project / Integriculture, and a banana (with edible peel) with epigenetic adaptations to cold weather that can be grown in northern latitudes produced by Okayama-based D & T Farms among other items. 

1.      A snack biscuit containing euglena algae, produced by the company Euglena Co. Ltd., Japan

2.      A green drink mix containing euglena algae, produced by the company Euglena Co. Ltd., Japan

3.      A wakame salad in a broth of simplified cellular agriculture nutrient medium developed by 

         Integriculture Inc./Shojinmeat Project, Japan

4a.    A cold-resistant banana developed by D & T Farms, Okayama

4b.    An algae-based nutrition bar, the Nonbar, developed by Nonfood, USA

5.      A rice ball with blue phycocyanin spirulina extract and umeboshi

6.      A rice ball with dragonfruit extract and pickled mushrooms
